1dentist is an AI-powered dental screening app for general users and patients. osdent is an AI-assisted clinical support tool designed for dental professionals and dental students.

By downloading or using either App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. Information We Collect

Both apps require an account to use any features. We collect the information below to provide and operate each app's services. A login is mandatory — neither 1dentist nor osdent can be used without creating an account.

2.1 Account Registration Information (Both Apps)

• Full name — required when creating an account in both apps
• Email address — required for account creation and login in both apps
• Mobile number — required for 1dentist (patient app); patients log in via mobile number only
• osdent (dentist app) requires login via email address only

2.2 Location Data

• 1dentist (Patient App): Location access is optional. If granted, it is used only to help you find nearby dentists in your city. You can use all other features without enabling location. Location is not stored permanently and is never shared.
• osdent (Dentist App): Dentists provide their clinic location as part of their profile setup. This location is displayed to patients on the 1dentist app so they can find and book the clinic. This is a required part of the clinic profile.

2.3 Content You Submit

• 1dentist only: Dental or oral photos you upload for AI screening
• osdent only: Clinic profile details including clinic name, address, contact number, and specialization
• Messages or requests sent through in-app consultation or appointment features

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage data: features accessed, session duration, screens visited
• Crash reports and error logs (used to fix bugs and improve stability)
• IP address and general geographic region (country/region level)

2.5 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect financial or payment information
• We do not access your device contacts, call logs, or SMS
• We do not collect precise background location from either app
• We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide AI screening/analysis: Processing uploaded images through our AI model to generate screening output
• To improve the app: Analyzing usage patterns and crash data to fix bugs and improve performance
• To respond to support requests: If you contact us, we use your contact information to respond
• To monitor app integrity: Detecting and preventing misuse, fraud, or abuse of the service
• To comply with legal obligations: When required by applicable law or regulation

We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or use your images for marketing purposes.

• We do not associate uploaded images with your personal identity unless you provide it
• We do not share your dental images with other users, third parties, or advertisers
• You may request deletion of your uploaded images at any time by contacting us
